best homemade snacks (gf & vegan)

Tired Girl Recipe: Two super easy snacks

Snack tips: 1) fiber + protein 2) no added sugar 3) less than 200 calories

 1. Healthy trail mix

  • Palm size amount of almonds (like 10)
  • Sprinkle of coconut flakes
  • For the dudes and kids: add vegan chocolate chips
  • Dried mulberries: my fav!!! One serving is all your Vit C for the day. Sweet, chewy, I’m obsessed.
  • Dash cinnamon or protein powder
  • Put in baggie and shake it mama!

2. Power packed protein balls

  • ¼ cup warmed up nut butter of choice
  • 1 super ripe smashed banana
  • 1 cup GF rolled oats
  • 2 servings of Paleo Protein powder
  • dash of almond or coconut milk
  • combine all in a bowl
  • stick in freezer for 15 minutes to set
  • keep in fridge for a week
