Tired Girl Recipes: Recovery Drink

 (Makes two servings)

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 tsp ground turmeric – ease muscle soreness

1 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp ground cardamom

2 servings MSM powder

2 stevia packets

Place in blender…that’s it!
