This Is The Best Guilt Free Delicious Pizza Ever

Two of my favorite foods put together into one guilt-free delicious pizza? Yes, please! You won’t believe the ingredients that go into making this European dish so satisfying!

Socca is used all over Europe and I am bringing it stateside today just for you. It’s gluten free, guilt free and tasty enough to share with your friends and family. 



  • Pizza
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic
  • Toppings
  • Dairy free cheese
  • Tomato sauce
  • Kalamata olives
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Anything you want!


  1. Combine flour, water and avocado oil.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 F or cook on skillet.
  3. Add toppings.
  4. Put back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
